The Dilemma

When racing, riding in the woods, or just out practicing—a big problem is figuring out how get the right foods to eat so you can stay riding strong. The food choices—fast-food and most convenient store foods— lack nutrition and play a role in fatigue, performance and endurance. For years I have been wanting something that could be carried anywhere easily. A healthy snack that would increase energy and not make me feel like I ate a huge meal. That meant it had to have the proper balance of nutrients that riders would need allowing them to feel satisfied, energized and increase longevity while pushing themselves.
